About Us

Ideas lead to solutions and new ventures come from our current circumstances and past experiences! Todd Davis and Brian Chatham have known each other for over 30 years. Each took their journey in corporate America with Todd building a successful business designing and providing “team experiences” to businesses and meeting groups. Brian specialized in sales and corporate work and for five years worked in the non-profit arena recruiting corporate donations and sponsorships.

For several years Todd and Brian pondered the potential of merging “team building” with “volunteering” and their results created VolunTEAMism, a solution for companies and people looking for valued TEAM TIME. In January 2009 they launched VolunTEAMism with the goal of releasing people through a VTEAM experience to a more balanced life by continued volunteering.

Todd Davis serves as President of TeamPlay USA & Fun Coach USA and has been in the recreation industry since 1975 as well as a business owner since 1982. Todd has extensive background in solution driven team building for adults. His role is to design and develop the interactive process of each experience and the facilitation for the group to discover the power of VTEAM.	Brian Chatham has an extensive background in non profit resource development and corporate donations, as well as a designer and business owner. Brian’s role in VolunTEAMism is to connect groups to the right project or non-profit in the community. He will take your goals and design a smooth process for the company and participants.
